Delete your account

You can delete your Unbroken account and data yourself, right in the app. It takes a few seconds and cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Unbroken and go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

No longer have the app? E-mail [email protected] from the address of your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

  • your profile, profile photo, name, e-mail and sign-in;
  • your snaps (photos) and check-ins, reactions and quick replies;
  • your friends, follows, clan membership, badges, streak saves and notifications;
  • chains where you are the only member.

What happens to shared chains

Chains you're in with other people carry on without you. If you created one, the longest-standing member becomes its new creator.

What may be kept

  • Backups for up to 14 days, after which they are overwritten.
  • Reports about abuse, without the link to your account.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel Unbroken Pro. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first, or it keeps renewing.
