Unbroken is a social habit tracking application that allows users to create chains, track daily goals through photo verification, and compete with friends. The service includes push notifications, social features, and achievement systems.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Unbroken.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Unbroken, including photos (SNAPs). By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app. You are responsible for the content you share and must not post inappropriate or illegal content.

5. Chain Mechanics

Unbroken uses a "broken chain" mechanic where missing a daily check-in results in elimination from that chain. This is a core feature of the app. By joining a chain, you acknowledge and accept these high-stakes rules.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unbroken is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
