Find answers to common questions about Unbroken
What is a SNAP?
A SNAP is a photo you take to prove you've completed your daily task. It adds accountability and lets chain members see your progress. SNAPs are visible to all members of the chain.
How do I join a chain?
You can join public chains from the Explore tab or accept invitations from friends. When you request to join a private chain, the owner must approve your request first.
What happens if I miss a day?
If you miss sending your SNAP before the deadline, your chain breaks and you are eliminated from that chain. This high-stakes mechanic is designed to keep you committed to your goals.
When do I get notifications?
You'll receive push notifications at 3 hours, 2 hours, and 1 hour before your chain deadline if you haven't sent your SNAP yet. You can customize notification preferences in settings.
How do I advance clans?
Clans advance based on completed chains: Beginner (0-2), Warrior (3-5), Elite (6-10), and Legend (10+). Each clan level unlocks new badges and recognition in the community.
Can I leave a chain?
Yes, you can leave a chain at any time from the chain settings. However, leaving a chain doesn't count as breaking it - you can rejoin if the chain owner allows it.
